The Strategy Game

In 2019, Bethpage Federal Credit Union took a different approach to developing its annual corporate strategy. By creating The Strategy Game – an interactive board game – we gave all employees an opportunity to explore scenarios and engage in discussions on the past, present and possible future of our industry. Data collected from these "game sessions" helped guide the development of many corporate initiatives and strategies.
